Hi, I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas for a workout rotation after doing a 82 day workout rotation with BJ Gaddour mixing up the two Meta shreds and Delta Fit. I know his workouts are mainly metabolic routines, so do you all think maybe like a Cathe Weight lifting rotation would be good for a shocker? Any suggestions would be deeply appreciated.
